PKO BP, ING Bank Śląski, mBank, Bank Pocztowy and Velo Bank – customers of these banks must be prepared for difficulties due to service works planned for the coming days. In some cases, there will be difficulties with the application, payments, and withdrawal of money from ATMs.
“We need time for technical work, so on Sunday November 24 from 0:00 to 12:30 some of our services will be unavailable,” the bank said in a statement.
During this time, PKO BP customers will not be able to use:
- open banking functions (Open Banking),
- iPKO and iPKO biznes website and telephone service,
- online payments, i.e. the so-called I pay with iPKO.
“During the break, the iPKO biznes mobile application will be unavailable, and the IKO application will allow you to withdraw money from ATMs and pay in stationary and online stores only using BLIK,” PKO BP added.
In turn, all cards, both in stores and ATMs, will work without any difficulties. As the bank adds, “as part of the protection of online payments with a 3D-Secure card, only authorization with an SMS code and card PIN will be available.”
ING Bank Śląski also announced maintenance works this weekend. Service work is scheduled on the night of November 23-24 this year. from 11:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
During this time, there will be temporary difficulties in using banking services, including:
- ATMs and cash deposit machines,
- Moje ING mobile banking,
- ING Business online banking system and its mobile version,
- BLIK payments,
- instant payment settlement system,
- online card payments,
- automatic toll collection on highways,
- PSD2 interface,
- transactions in drop boxes that can be processed offline.
As the bank emphasizes, there may also be difficulties in making card payments within the specified period. It will also not be possible to assign them a PIN.
Service work will also take place on the night of November 24-25 from 0:00 to 3:00. “During this time, we are planning maintenance works. Due to this, there may be problems with executing transactions in ING/Planet Cash network devices. Transactions in drop boxes can be carried out off-line,” said ING Bank Śląski.
“We want to provide you with the highest quality services and solutions, which is why we systematically modernize our systems. We will do it this weekend, i.e on the night of November 23-24 br. We will then turn off the bank for a few hours,” mBank wrote in a statement.
On the specified date from 2:00 to 9:00 customers will not benefit from:
- card payments,
- ATMs,
- card payments online,
- website,
- mobile application,
- mLine.
Due to the upcoming Black Week, Velo Bank announced a technical break. On the night of November 23-24 from 11:50 p.m. to 6:45 a.m customers will not be able to:
- order a transfer,
- log in to online and mobile banking,
- use BLIK,
Online card payments will also be difficult. As the bank adds, you will be able to pay by card, phone or watch in stationary stores and deposit and withdraw cash at ATMs.
Service work will also be carried out at Bank Pocztowy. The announcement stated that the disruptions would affect services BLIK.
“On November 23, 2024 from 00:30 to 02:00 and on November 26, 2024 from 03:00 to 07:00 Due to administrative work, BLIK services may be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience,” Bank Pocztowy wrote in a statement.
