Pursuant to the new regulation on conducting rail traffic, drivers will no longer have to give the RP1 sound signal “attention” before crossing before rail and road crossings, on which there are grates or sound and light signaling.
According to the Ministry of Infrastructure, Minister Dariusz Klimczak signed the ordinance on April 15, and it will apply 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
