After a sunny and sunny, and in places also a hot weekend, the weather over Poland will change a lot. The atmospheric front will begin to enter the country next night, bringing rainfall and storms. The rain can be seen in the forecasts for the whole week – where and when will it fall the most?

The front will slide to the western parts of the country on Sunday night. It will bring showers of rain and stormsespecially violent in the first part of the night. Heavy rainfall up to 40 liters of water per square meter, wind gusts up to 70-80 kilometers per hour, and initially hail rainfall will not be excluded.

Rain and strong wind

On Monday, the front will continue to slowly move to the east of the country. In the afternoon it is to gain intensity – storms are particularly expected in the regions of the Lodz, Kielce, Śląskie and Lesser Poland region. Also during the day there will be a risk of heavy rainfall up to 20-40 l/sq m, strong and gusty wind with gusts up to 80 km/h, also a scoring hail. In places, especially in mountainous areas, we can expect slightly higher rainfall sums, even exceeding 60 l/sq m.

In the following days, from Tuesday to Friday, in Poland, anti -ministerial circulation is to prevail associated with the expanding, strong and stable teenage over the western part of Europe. In the north-west, quite mild polar air will be prevailed by bushy and label, large and moderate clouds. It may rain, especially in the east of the country, but it should not thunder. Due to the fairly large pressure gradient, a rather strong, definitely felt wind can tease us.
