Czech media warn people not to eat chocolate from the Advent calendar. This is a Millano product. Its headquarters is located in Przeźmierowo, Greater Poland.
As issued warnings, holiday snack may contain alcohol. The action taken, i.e. withdrawing the Advent calendar from sale, is preventive in nature.
Penny Market emphasized in its announcement that preventive move applies to “all best-before dates” of chocolate in the calendar. In the Czech Republic and Italy, it's all about sweets marki Chocolate.

The product weighs 75 grams and is characterized by: Christmas graphics in two different versions. The packaging shows related to Christmas stamps or an image of Santa Claus riding a sleigh.
A similar situation occurred in Germany, but it concerns the Advent calendar marki Sweetness. The delicacy was sold in three different packages (with a Christmas village and the words: “I don't care how old I am” and “Christmas calories don't count”).
Penny Market drew attention to changes “in the sensory characteristics of the product.” It's about a different smell and taste than expected. “We ask consumers who have purchased this product not to consume it,” the statement said.
W Czech Republic delicacies withdrawn from sale can be returned without presenting a receipt.
