Officers of the Central Police Investigation Bureau detained 13 people and took over a dozen kilos of drugs and machines for their production. Combat teams took part in the action.
“The arrests were the result of several months of work of officers of the Department for combating organized criminal crime of the Board in Warsaw CBŚP. The investigation under the supervision of the Warsaw-Praga District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw is conducted on the activity of an organized criminal group dealing with production, smuggling and introducing drugs on the market in Warsaw and the surrounding area. At the turn of February and March 13 people were detained, including The organized criminal group was carried out with the support of the CBŚP combat teams – said in a statement.

Drugs, cash and firearms
During searches of premises occupied by detained persons, officers found several kilos of various types of drugs, including cocaine, ecstasy tablets, methamphetamine and mephedrone. In addition, in the farm buildings in one of the detained people they secured devices used for drug production. During the activities, the police also secured money from drug trafficking in the amount of over PLN 200,000, as well as a firearm.

Arrests for everyone
In the Warsaw-Praga District Prosecutor's Office, the prosecutor charged the detainees regarding, among others participation in an organized criminal group and production, smuggling and placing significant amounts of drugs on the market.
By decision of all detainees, temporary arrests were applied.
