Over 50 percent of the area covered by a location decision for the airport and the western part of the railway junction were purchased – wrote the Central Port of Communication in a statement.
It was reported that in the case of a location decision for the airport and the western part of the CPK railway junction, he has obtained 1283 hectares so far. In total, over 500 transactions were included in the voluntary program (PDN), including the purchase of over 1.9 thousand. plots with a total area exceeding 1850 hectares.
According to the company, demolitions of buildings are carried out at the areas of the future airport.
“A team of company employees is doing everything so that every interested resident receives an attractive purchase offer and can benefit from all voluntary program bonuses” – said the president of the Central Communication Port Filip Czernicki quoted in the communication.
The company reported that in parallel to the PDN – from autumn 2024 – it purchases real estate under the railway voluntary program to buy (KPDN), which includes fragments of the “Y” railway, and more precisely the Warsaw – CPK – Łódź connection. Until now, reports for 190 plots have been registered in this program, which is 95 percent. everyone who qualifies to participate in the program. The reports of the arrangement were signed for 96 plots, i.e. for over 50 percent. entitled to report to the program. In total, a dozen or so transactions have been completed in KPDN so far.

It was recalled that the owners selling their plots and houses in a voluntary procedure gain a guarantee of the sale of real estate, including bonuses at the level of +40 percent. building values and +20 percent land values. Another possibility is a valuation taking into account the reproduction value of real estate without a degree of consumption, where the company pays, for example, for a 100-meter house from the 1960s as a new one of the same size.
Residents within the PDN are also entitled to, among others Financing and organizing by the CPK removal of all assets, complete coverage of the costs of legal service of the transaction and for those interested – consultations, courses and vocational training.

The new airport is to be adapted initially to service 34 million passengers per year and designed in such a way that in the long term it can be flexibly expanded, in accordance with the needs and forecasts of market development.
According to the adopted schedule, the construction of the CPK airport in the communes of Baranów, Wiskity and Teresin is to start in 2026. In 2031, the airport is to obtain the necessary certifications, and in 2032, it is to be commissioned with the first episode of KDP in Poland Warsaw – CPK – Łódź. The estimated investment cost by 2032 is PLN 131.7 billion.
