The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued second-degree meteorological warnings on a three-level, increasing scale.

Second degree IMWM warnings – strong wind

Level 2 strong wind alerts are in force in the province Lower Silesiain the following counties: Kłodzko, Ząbkowicki, Dzierżoniów, Wałbrzych, WałbrzychŚwidnica, Jawor, Kamienna Góra, Jawor, Karkonosze, Jelenia Góra.

Strong winds with an average speed of up to 40 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 90 km/h are expected to occur there, from the south and southeast. The warnings will be valid from an hour to 16 on Friday.

IMWM warnings of the first degree – dense fog

Level 1 warnings due to dense fog apply to the voivodeship Lesser Polandpoviats: Nowy Targ, Nowy SÄ…cz and Tatra.

Fog is forecast in the valleys. Visibility may be below 100 meters in places. The alarms will be valid until 9 on Thursday.
