The 51-year-old who was traveling in the entire width of the road in Dobroszyce (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship) was noticed by other drivers who called the police. It turned out that the man drove a vehicle with nearly 3 per mille of alcohol in the body.
The duty officer of the Oleśnica police received a notification from witnesses about the Renault car driver, whose driving style indicated that it could be under the influence of alcohol. The driver drove the entire width of the road. Policemen went to the place indicated in the application and stopped the described vehicle for inspection.
“It turned out that a 51 -year -old man sat behind the wheel. During a conversation with a man, the police sensed a clear scent of alcohol. In connection with the suspicion of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, the officers conducted a breathalyzer test. The measurement result was shocking – the driver had nearly 3 per mille of alcohol in the body” – says asp. pcs. Bernadeta Pytel from the police in Oleśnica.
