German daily about the travels of the Polish Prime Minister

He will soon meet with French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutt as well as leading politicians from the Baltic and northern European countries,” the largest German daily reported on Sunday economic.
“Handelsblatt” drew attention to the concern in Kiev and other European capitals caused by Donald Trump's victory in presidential elections in the USA. According to political observers in Kiev, Trump may reach an agreement with the Russian president Vladimir Putin a “quick deal” that would be unfavorable for Ukraine and its European neighbors. Voices are increasingly heard that Europe should take care of its own security.
Tusk's diplomatic offensive
According to the editorial team of “Handelsblatt”, Tusk's diplomatic offensive is a response to these demands. The Polish Prime Minister announced that he would cooperate with countries that have a “similar view” of both the geopolitical and transatlantic situation, as well as the situation in Ukraine.
“Apparently, Tusk does not include Germany among these countries,” said the author of the material, Mareike Mueller, noting that the Prime Minister did not mention either Chancellor Olaf Scholz or the Federal Republic of Germany. The German journalist emphasized that Polish-German relations “after initial hopes” after Tusk's election have now “cooled.”
“Poland plays an important role in European security and defense policy, as well as in NATO,” we read in “Handelsblatt”. Despite this, Scholz did not invite Tusk to Joe Biden's farewell in Berlin.
