We return to the moving history of little Zuzia. The eight -month -old girl stayed in the hospital from birth and waited for her family. The family was found, but she couldn't take care of Zuzia because she was not a specialist family. There was a shock, there were tears. Now there is a return in action that gives hope for a happy ending.
Zuzia does not yet know how many people have been waiting for this moment. How much he kept his fingers crossed. One of them is Edyta Wojtasińska from the “One Heart” substitute parenting association and the “Lighthouse” Children and Families Center in Biała Podlaska. She supported a marriage that Zuzia wanted to give home and love. The couple prefers to remain anonymous.
– The case of Zuzia has not yet completed the legal angle, but very good information is that for the duration of the court proceedings Zuzia will already be among the people who simply love her – says Monika Horna -Cieślak, a spokeswoman for children's rights.
There was a refund in the case – Zuzia went to a foster family in security mode.
She could not be not loved
The story of Zuzia – an eight -month -old girl fed by a probe – we showed TVN “Facts” less than two weeks ago. We talked about the fact that Zuzia was to go to the care and treatment institution. Foster parents were waiting for her, but the court did not agree that she would come to them because they were not a specialist family.
Two deputy minister – families and justice became interested in the matter. A spokeswoman for a child's rights was involved. The court spokesman, reminding about the judicial independence, now admits that new circumstances have appeared.
– There has been a certificate that candidates for a foster family have completed a specialist training, i.e. they are currently a specialist foster family – informs Tomasz Pawlik from the District Court in Gliwice.
– Zuzia should reach this family in the security mode in February. From the point of view of her age, three months make a really huge difference – indicates Joanna Luberadzka -Gruca, president of the “Polish women can”.
Zuzia was in the hospital from birth. She could not be not loved – we hear.
– We enjoyed when she sat down for the first time, a few days ago she stood in the cot for the first time – says Marta Heleniak from the Newborn Pathology Department and Neonatology of the Health Care Team in Świętochłowice.

Can we expect system changes?
A little girl who already has great power. Her story caused discussions about the system in which there are other children directed not to families, but to the institution.
– We will strive to make in the system, which we deal with at the moment, better coordinate foster care – announces Aleksandra Gajewska, deputy minister of the family, work and social policy.
– That experts would be appointed in the course of court proceedings, who will be able to say in what environment the child should develop in – says Monika Horna -Cieślak.
The history of Zuzia does not end. The marriage is waiting for the court's decision to become a girl's legal guardians.
