Elections 2025. Krzysztof Kontek studied anomalies in committees. Submits an application for openness of the meeting in the Supreme Court

Today I appointed a representative, lawyer of patron Jacek Dubois. Tomorrow, on my behalf, he will submit to the Supreme Court that the meeting where my election protest will be considered is public – he said in “Facts after Facts” dr Krzysztof Kontek. He is the author of the study on the scale of the anomalies, which was to occur in election committees, and to whom he supported his request.

Doctor Krzysztof Kontek, a specialist for statistical analyzes, in the past associated with the SGH, was a guest of “Facts after facts” on TVN24. He is the author of one of the analyzes about anomalies in election committees. It was an argumentation to the election protest, which he submitted to the Supreme Court after presidential elections.

In his work he examined the occurrence of four anomalies between the first and second round. According to its results, committees, in which at least two anomalies occurred, there were 1482. Those where there was one, there were more. The model he adopted examines the hypothesis of the occurrence of fluctuations between the expected and real result only in one way – in favor of Nawrocki. In “Facts after Facts”, Dr. Context talked about his analysis and what results from it, but also about what – after submitting a protest in the Supreme Court.

– These matters are considered in closed meetings, so it is not known what is going on there. So I would like to participate (in the Supreme Court meeting – editor's note) – he said.

– That is why today I appointed my representative, the office of Mr. Patron Jacek Dubois, who agreed to play this role of the proxy Pro Publico Bono – that is, without any fee, which should be appreciated – and which tomorrow on my behalf will submit to the Supreme Court a request that the meeting, where my protest will be considered, was open – said the expert.

– And let it even be open to everyone. Let the television come, film and see how it is done – he added. That is why he said, “such a conclusion tomorrow, the law firm Dubois will submit to the Supreme Court and we will see what the reaction will be.”
