The Supreme Court received reports from district courts, which converted the votes cast in the second round of presidential elections in 13 regional election committees. Scans of protocols have been published on the SN website.
Supreme Court He informed in a message published on Thursday that “reports from all district courts entered the Supreme Court's appeal of June 11, 2025 for conversion of votes cast in the election on June 1, 2025 in 13 peripheral election committees”.
As indicated, the Supreme Court issued an ordinance of providing anonymized protocols from the conversion of votes by the courts. “In most committees, the irregularities/mistakes confirmed by the courts were noticed immediately after the election by members of the regional election committees and were reported to the State Electoral Commission. However, their confirmation required recalculation of votes” – we read.
Card inspection reports
On the SN website, reports from the inspection of voting cards from the regional election committees were published: No. 95 in Krakow, No. 3 in Olesno, No. 13 in Mińsk Mazowiecki, No. 9 in Strzelce Opolskie, No. 25 in Grudziadz, No. 17 in Gdańsk, No. 30 and 61 in Bielsko-Biała, No. 10 in Tarnów, No. 53 in Katowice, No. 35 in Tychy, No. 6 in Kamienna Góra and No. 4 in the wreath (Brest Kujawski commune).
In the inspection report of cards from the regional electoral commission No. 95 in Krakow, it was indicated that 1132 votes were incorrectly attributed to Nawrocki, and Trzaskowski – 540 votes, although in fact Trzaskowski obtained 1132 of them, and Nawrocki – 540. It is up that 324 votes were cast at Nawrocki, and on Trzaskowski – 504.
The report on the inspection of cards from the District Electoral Commission No. 3 in Oleśno shows that Trzaskowski was assigned to one vote too little, and Nawrocki – one vote too much. In turn, for example, in the report regarding Commission No. 10 in Tarnów, it was written that after conversion of votes, both candidates got as much as entered in the voting report, i.e. Nawrocki – 317, and Trzaskowski – 363.

Supreme Court: Similar incidental cases occurred in previous years
Referring to irregularities, the Supreme Court stated that “similar incidental cases have already happened in previous years.” “For example, on July 8, 2010, one of the citizens submitted an election protest (reference number III SW 166/10), in which he had a correction of the number of the second round of presidential elections, due to the mistake of the peripheral commission No. 759 in Warsaw, consisting of incorrectly entering on the protocol with the results of the election at the name of Kaczyński Jarosław Aleksander the number of votes 681, a At the name Komorowski Bronisław Maria the number of votes 246 '” – he stated.
As noted, the explanations of that region committee showed that the results of the candidates were mistakenly converted, which caused the distortion of the actual results of the vote, while the Supreme Court decided to “express an opinion on the legitimacy of the allegations of protest and that the violations found did not affect the election result.”

The first of them concerns, for example, a case in which it was decided to allow evidence from the inspection of cards from a total of 13 peripheral election committees – among others from Krakow, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Bielsko -Biała and Grudziądz.
