It is possible that the sent transfer did not reach the recipient today – wrote mBank in a communiqué. He appealed to clients not to repeat “already ordered transfers”.
“Note! We have problems with transfers,” he wrote in a message addressed to mBank clients. He emphasized that this is “important information”.

“Although you see a load on your account for a transfer sent, it is possible that he did not reach the recipient today. We had problems and today we did not send most of the ordered transfers (including payment instructions)” – explained the bank.
He then added: “We did not post the transfers that were sent from other banks.”
He also explained that “tomorrow we will make all overdue transfers at the latest and post those that were sent to us.”
“Please, no longer renew the transfers ordered,” MBank appealed to the clients.
He warned: “Be careful. If you get a link to repeat the payment on behalf of mBank, do not do it. It may be fraudsters!”
