The conversation took place in the presence of the spokeswoman of the Police Commander -in -Chief Inspector Katarzyna Nowak.
Robert Zieliński: We regularly hear the concept of “import crime” and “crime of foreigners”. What is hidden under them, as a policeman understands them for years?
KGP officer: Large migrations are conducive to growth of crime. Today we experience what is different European Union countrieswhen they opened borders, among others, to Poles in 2004. We observed this process closely as policemen and I personally when our compatriots emigrated to Great Britain. But back to the question, I do not intend to stigmatize any nation. It is simply natural that among those who want to improve their existence will be criminals.
