“In addition, a white powder was scattered on the roof of the car, which after examining the narcottester turned out to be amphetamine. Policemen also secured over three grams of the same substance found next to him,” the police report.

The 36-year-old was so drunk that he was unable to blow the breathalyzer. He was detained and transported to police custody.

“He will now be responsible for driving despite the prohibition and despite the withdrawal rights and having intoxicants. He faces up to five years imprisonment,” says the police.

It is possible that the 36-year-old will also be responsible for driving after alcohol. – arrangements are underway.
