GIS warned against using a ladle for soup from the Tedi retail chain

The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate warned against using a soup for soup, which could be bought at the Tedi retail chain. The company withdrew the product from sales, because it was found that harmful ladle substances move to food.

According to the commercial network, the track was available in trade From May 2, 2024 to March 31, 2025.

Sanepid withdraws the product

GIS received information that Tedi withdrew the ladle to the soup due to the statement of primary aromatic migration (PAAS) from food to food. He noted that primary aromatic amines are substances that can threaten health and should not be in food. Paas belong to chemicals considered carcinogenic or potentially carcinogenic.

GIS emphasized that you should not use a ladle in contact with food.

Tedi stores got a disposition from the distributor to withdraw the product from sales and secure it for utilization. The State Sanitary Inspection cooperates with a distributor and monitors the process of withdrawing the ladle – assured GIS.
