Government reconstruction. Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk about what is important and what is a secondary issue

– The government's goal must be efficiently governing and implementing the coalition agreement, postulates. What shape this government should have is of a secondary matter – said Agnieszka Dziemianowicz -Bąk, a family minister, work and social policy. – The goal of the government must be efficiently governing and implementing the coalition agreement, the implementation of postulates. Also those promises that we all made, as every coalition party, to voters and election – she replied.

– What shape this government should have is of a secondary matter. And of course this is the prime minister, this is the case of coalition leaders. This is the matter of the entire coalition, because there is no prime minister without coalition parties, there are no individual ministers from the coalition parties without the premiere and the leading coalition or the entire ruling coalition – she continued.

She emphasized that “if the reconstruction is needed, it must be made”. – I do my job. In my ministry, all those who work and cooperate with me have a specific scope of tasks and these tasks are fulfilled – she argued.

“Just quickly and forward”

The head of MRPiPS also said that “if the changes in the functioning of the government should come, they should serve that the government operates faster and more efficiently.”

– I am a hot supporter of deregulation legislative process. In my opinion, individual laws – good, well -prepared, well -scored – they traverse the road for too long through the government's legislative path – she added.

To the remark that with changes in power, the system usually changes in the ministries, she replied: – That is why I think that if the reconstruction, then quickly and forward. Let's close this topic, let's stop taking ourselves, because this is the worst thing that can hit politics. Really regardless of who rules how many coalition parties there are. She admitted that “she doesn't know” how exactly she would change Council of Ministers. – Because talks on this subject are ongoing. I don't get fascinated by this. It is not that I have now suspended my duties and I will follow – she added.

– I think that every minister and deputy minister, every secretary and Undersecretary of State, every politician who decides to take power or part of power and responsibility in his own hands, should treat every day of his work in this place as the last day. And squeeze as much as possible out of it – she noted.

Budget for housing. “From year to year these billions will increase”

The Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy was also asked about the government's bill regarding housing, which received on Monday to the Sejm. It concerns the financing of the construction of cheap apartments for rent and assumes the allocation from the budget for this purpose this year five billion zlotys, and each subsequent year until 2030 by a billion more than in the previous one.

Dziemianowicz-Bąk assured that the money “for the construction of apartments for rent, inexpensive, available primarily to young families, will be more and more.” “They will increase from year to year,” she noted.

She said that “for this money, local governments and you will build apartments addressed primarily to those who can not afford a commercial rent or to buy their own apartment today, but their income is too high to be able to use the social resource.”

– The government project (…) is very important because of course on housing policy. But for me, as the family minister, especially important because today one of the main barriers before starting a family, before having offspring, is the low availability of apartments – she assessed.

When asked how many such apartments there will be and when exactly they will appear, it did not give a clear answer.

– These apartments must of course be built by local governments. It is not that today the prime minister has signed the law, tomorrow he will send it to the Sejm, and the day after tomorrow apartments will appear. There is money for the construction of apartments. There will be more money from year to year, we fought for this in this act. Some of this money, 10 percent from the subsidy fund, will be intended for the construction and renovation of dorms. It is also very important for young people. We want these apartments to be used in particular by people from the so -called rent gap. That is those who cannot afford this commercial market, but their income allow you not to catch (social apartments – ed.) – she reserved.
