What is the dispute about?
Voters in a few days, according to Minister Paszyk, are to know the comprehensive plan of how the government intends to solve the housing crisis in Poland. However, in the coalition there is still no agreement on the key two programs – “Flat to start” (against Poland 2050 and the left) and the Social Construction Program (there are two draft laws in this case – government and Poland 2050).

– The dispute concerns how much this program is about to concern a social resident, or what I suggest that it take into account the needs of people who want to ownership – admits Krzysztof Paszyk.
– Only me, all my formation, Mr. Marshal Hołownia, very clearly, unambiguously, we do not vote for payments for loans, because it is a bad politician and we do not vote for something that will cause that the prices of apartments will start to rise again – comments Katarzyna Pełczyńska- Nałęcz.
The effect of the dispute for over a year is that all projects – from the construction of cheap apartments for rent, through support for young people, to facilitation in transferring land for construction – are only in the early stages of consultation.
– Some programs are implemented, new ones will be proposed. We implement plans. The budget has record funds when it comes to supporting housing, and this plan will be implemented – says Jan Grabiec, head of the prime minister's office.

Government reconstruction
In unofficial conversations with government coalition politicians, we hear that until the end of the election campaign, even if the prime minister would like to dismiss any of the coalition ministers, it is practically impossible due to the situation in the coalition. Changes in the government, which Donald Tusk announced, are to be carried out only after the presidential election. He added that Poland will have one of the smallest governments in Europe.
– The government is not to be small or large, the government must be effective – believes Agnieszka Dziemanowicz -Bąk, the minister of family, work and social policy from the left. – It is not extraordinary that there is some changes in every government, there is a solstice – comments Krzysztof Gawkowski, deputy prime minister and minister of digitization from the left.
– I say clearly: there will be no change and no reconstruction without our consent – emphasizes Szymon Hołownia, Marshal of the Sejm from the third road.
