A waterspout appeared in the area of the Croatian seaside town of Primošten. The phenomenon was observed by Mr. Krzysztof, who sent us his materials on Kontakt24.
On Contact24 we received photos and videos of a waterspout in the area of Primošten in Croatia. The funnel appeared on Thursday before 11 a.m.
– It was the first time I witnessed such a phenomenon. I saw the tornado completely by accident. We wanted to take a photo of the old town during the passage of a storm cloud. Suddenly, within a dozen or so seconds, this funnel opened and I started recording – said Mr. Krzysztof, the author of the materials.

He noted that the situation lasted about 20 minutes. “It made a huge impression on me because I had never seen anything like it before. I was amazed. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to see if the funnel touched the water surface because we were on the other side and it was in a different bay. The whole event lasted about 15 to 20 minutes,” he said.
Mr. Krzysztof also spoke about the weather at that moment. – It wasn't raining, only a light fog passed, but that was maybe three minutes. The tornado was on the water, we were on land and there was no precipitation here – he admitted.
A similar phenomenon was also noticed in the town of Vodice, several dozen kilometres away.
