Even in our Polish political life, such warming of emotions has already ended several times bad, be very bad – said Professor Anna Pacześniak, a political scientist and Europeanist at the University of Wrocław, on TVN24. She referred to the words that the PiS politicians had fallen on the demonstration before the Warsaw prosecutor's office. The context shows that they were directed at prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek. At one of the recordings you can hear MEP Jacek Ozdoba says: “I pushes her”, although he does not directly indicate who he means.

During the Monday demonstration of PiS politicians before the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, organized after the death of Barbara Skrzypek, words such as “Pest”, “Sociopatka” or “insolent woman” could be heard from their mouth. The context shows that these terms fell at prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek, who interrogated the violinist a few days earlier. At one of the recordings you can hear MEP Jacek Ozdoba says: “I pushes her”, although he does not directly indicate who he means. “Lord decoration, did you want to beat me?” – Prosecutor Wrzosek wrote on platform X.

The decoration referred to the case on social media. He wrote, among others, that “after what happened after the interrogation of Mrs. Basia Skrzypek, as well as after the psychopathic approach of Wrzosek to Law and Justice, we took into account the possibility of physical provocation towards President Kaczyński.” “So I was ready to stand up for him. And I talked about it” – he added.

“Such warming of emotions has already ended several times bad, be very bad”

Professor Anna Pacześniak, a political science and Europeanist from the University of Wrocław, commenting on this situation and words of decorations, emphasized that “we can absolutely not underestimate it.”

– We are all aware that we are now in the event of an election campaign before the presidential election, which is not just my opinion, it is quite summer, therefore politicians are really looking for fuel to warm up emotions. It can be seen here that the use of the tragic event, which was the death of a long -term collaborator of the President of Law and Justice and joining it with a specific person, i.e. prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek, has, as I understand, Law and Justice, heat up emotions, she said.

She added that “for now, mainly Law and Justice politicians are warmed up, it is worth noting those who have the immunities of the European Parliament.” – This is clearly to lead to a situation that it would be one of the topics of the campaign – said Pacześniak.

She reminded that “even in our Polish political life, such warming of emotions has already ended several times bad, be very bad.”

“The matter should be clarified”

She estimated that there should be no consent to the words that the decorations gave from the mouth. – It can also be said that Mr. MEP does not displace these words, because in this post (…) he somehow explains why he said these words. So in this case, I think that what Ewa Wrzosek did, that is, she placed this post yesterday evening, which clarifies what we heard is a bright and good step – said the political scientist.

According to Pacześniak, “the matter should be clarified”. – I think that after this exchange in social media, Mr. MEP suddenly will not say that he had something completely different. Public opinion, journalists, but also specific institutions should react to such issues quickly – she assessed.

– Especially that – let us remind you – when it still stopped only at the sharp criticism of the prosecutor's office, i.e. after this death on Saturday, indeed different sentences appeared in public space, the prosecutor's office said that she would perform against people who bind the fact of the death of Mrs. violinist with the interrogation – she said. – However, here Law and Justice He goes a step further – she added.

She emphasized that “it is not an explanation that we have an election campaign, therefore emotions are heated.”

“PiS politicians are trying to transfer responsibility to the prosecutor”

She was asked if she remembered any election campaign when she talked about doing physical harm. – I do not remember such a situation, at most, if there was violence, first of all political opponents said that their competitors warmed up people to violence and rather the so -called ordinary citizens who did not master their emotions heated by politicians – she said.

– What also draws attention to me is that the MEPs of Law and Justice, or more broadly, Law and Justice politicians at all are trying to transfer responsibility for any physical violence, which – as I understand – are ready to make, for the purpose of this violence, i.e. the prosecutor – said Pacześniak.

– I would still point out here that we have men on the one hand, a woman on the other who went too far in this narrative of Law and Justice. A woman cannot go too far, therefore she has to somehow have a physically, not in words. This is unacceptable – she added.

The death of Barbara Skrzypek

Barbara Skrzypek, longtime collaborator of the PiS president Jarosław Kaczyńskidied on Saturday, March 15. A few days earlier, on Wednesday, March 12, she was interrogated as a witness in the investigation of Srebrna. It is about plans to build two skyscrapers just by this company. The interrogation at the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw was led by prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek. PiS politicians, including Jarosław Kaczyński, believe that there is a relationship between the interrogation of Barbara Skrzypek and her death.

Barbara Skrzypek was a member of the board of the Institute Lech Kaczyński, who is a key shareholder of the Srebrna company. In September 1980, i.e. shortly after signing the August agreements, Barbara Skrzypek started working at the Council of Ministers of the Polish People's Republic. For nine subsequent years she worked there alongside the four prime ministers of the Polish People's Republic, successively: Józef Pińkowski, Wojciech JaruzelskiZbigniew Messner and Mieczysław Rakowski.

On Tuesday afternoon, the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw published a report from the violinist interrogation. Later that day, “Gazeta Wyborcza” published a text in which it was noted that “Barbara Skrzypek during the interrogation testified that she had granted a power of attorney to Jarosław Kaczyński as a foundation owned by Silver”, but “did not authorize him to represent her own shares in the company.” It is this fragment of Barbara Skrzypek's interrogation that is problematic for the PiS president – the newspaper emphasizes.

PiS president after interrogation talked from the violinist by phone. He informed about the fact that this conversation occurred after her death.

Prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek on Monday assured that the witness and her representative did not submit comments as to the course of the interrogation and that it took place in a friendly atmosphere. The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, as well as Wrzosek, announced legal steps to people suggesting that there was a relationship between the interrogation and the death of Barbara Skrzypek.

On Wednesday, Prosecutor Wrzosek reported that she was granted protection and was in contact with the police.
