Up to eight years in prison, there is a 34-year-old who in Jastrzębie-Zdrój threatened his ex-partner that he would kill her, her unborn child and family. The woman is in the eighth month of pregnancy. The aggressor was already banned from approaching her. He was arrested.

The police received a notification about an aggressive man who is threatening a woman in the eighth month of pregnancy. The 34-year-old from the morning sent her voice messages, in which he threatened his ex-partner that he would kill her, her unborn child and family.

He set up a fictitious account of a former partner on social media

Policemen went to one of the estates in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, where a 34-year-old stayed. As it turned out, the man – due to his earlier aggressive behavior – had a ban on a woman to approach a woman.

“The Jastrzębian earlier set up a fictitious account on one of the social networks, impersonating the ex -partner and published on him content degrading and defamatory person” – said Jastrzębska police.

As reported in the communiqué, the man heard the allegations. The court granted the prosecutor's request for temporary arrest of the 34-year-old for three months. As the Jastrzębska command passed, for “threats of deprivation of life, persistent harassment, forcing a specific behavior” a man threatens up to eight years in prison.
