The District Prosecutor's Office in Katowice initiated an investigation into bringing the direct danger of a landing disaster. It is about an event that occurred at the beginning of April at a railroad crossing in the Podlesie district in Katowice.

On Tuesday (April 1), the city bus driver number 973 entered the railway crossing, despite active light signals warning about the oncoming train.
