The prosecutor's office ordered a complementary expert opinion on a tragic accident on the A1 motorway from 2023, in which a family of three died. According to investigators, the expertise is to help verify the explanations of the suspicious Sebastian M., the BMW driver, who hid in the United Arab Emirates for several months after the accident.
On Monday Sebastian M. was handed over to the Polish authorities by the United Arab Emiratesto which he went after the incident.
