Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz revealed in an interview with “Fakt” that a court hearing took place on December 10, 2024during which he applied for the abolition of paying alimony to his ex-wife. He revealed that their height was increasing and currently it is expected to reach as much as 10.5 thousand. PLN per month. The politician added that in the courtroom he stated that “with these judgments, the courts in Poland sentenced him to earn PLN 18,000 a month for life so that he could pay alimony and live” – which led to him being thrown out of the hearing. Marcinkiewicz also emphasized that, in his opinion, his ex-wife should not receive alimony from him at all.
Now Izabela Olchowicz-Marcinkiewicz and the lawyer representing her reacted to these words. “Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz he was never ordered to pay alimony to Izabela Olchowicz-Marcinkiewicz in the amount of PLN 10,500. Alimony initially amounted to PLN 5,000, then PLN 4,000, and a then PLN 4,500 (currently)” – said in an e-mail sent to “Fakt”.
The opposing party should not be surprised by the obligation to pay alimony to the ex-wife.
