The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate issued a warning regarding the Q-touch kitchen spoon – it should not be used for contact with food. The research revealed the migration of primary aromatic amines from this accessory into food.
“Primary aromatic amines are substances that may pose a threat to human health and should not be found in food,” GIS emphasized in the release. The warning concerns a product called “Q-touch Kitchen Spoon” with product code: 30278 and barcode: 3141333302786.

Country of origin: China. Importer: Q-TOUCH POLSKA Sp. z o. o., ul. Polna 5, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska. GIS informed that the distributor in Poland has undertaken to withdraw the product in question from the market and to inform its recipients. The Inspection recommends consumers not to use these products in contact with food.
