The youth wing of the Civic Platform – Nowa Generacja – supported Rafał Trzaskowski in the party's primaries for the presidential candidate in next year's elections.
The youth wing of the Civic Platform – Nowa Generacja – supported it in the resolution of November 19 Rafał Trzaskowski in the Civic Coalition primaries. “As the largest Polish youth organization cooperating with the Civic Platform of the Republic of Poland, we support Rafał Trzaskowski in the primaries for the Civic Coalition's candidate for the office of the President of the Republic of Poland,” we read.
The published document obliged the organization's national management board “to take systematic actions to cooperate with Trzaskowski's electoral staff.”
The Mayor of Warsaw shared the New Generation message and thanked people for supporting his candidacy.
Primary elections in the Civic Coalition
Primary elections will be held on November 22 in the Civic Coalitionwhich are to select the Civic Coalition's candidate for next year's presidential elections. KO activists will choose between Trzaskowski and the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski. The results will be announced the next day. The KO candidate for president selected in the vote is to present his program on December 7 in Silesia.

November 18 Prime Minister Donald Tusk published the results of the announced “big poll” regarding the chances of Trzaskowski and Sikorski in the presidential elections. It shows that Trzaskowski would defeat the candidate PIS both in the first and second round. Sikorski, on the other hand, would lose in the first round and win in the second.
