A 19-year-old will face trial for assaulting a ticket inspector on a city bus in Koszalin. When the employee asked the young man to show his ticket, he beat and kicked him, and jumped on his head. He escaped from the vehicle but was arrested the same day.
A brutal attack took place on Monday (July 29) on a city bus on line 8 in Koszalin. According to the police, the 19-year-old man was traveling without a ticket, reacted aggressively when the controller asked him to show his ticket, tried to get out of the bus, and later attacked the controller.

– He punched him, kicked him and jumped on his head. The controller was taken to hospital with a broken jaw and eye sockets. The 19-year-old fled the scene, was caught by the police in the evening and is in custody – Senior Commissioner Monika Kosiec, press officer for the Koszalin police, told TVN24 on Tuesday.
According to police officers, the 19-year-old had already been convicted of another crime against life and health.
– The police are collecting evidence, monitoring has been secured, witnesses and the bus driver are being questioned, and doctors are also to issue an opinion on the condition of the beaten controller – the spokeswoman said.
