Maków police received information about the disappearance of a 66-year-old resident of the Różan commune. The man left the house after 1 p.m. He was last seen around 3 p.m. by the residents of Chełst. The missing person suffers from memory disorders, which is why the district police commander in Maków Mazowiecki announced an alarm for the entire unit.

The search in difficult weather conditions lasted until 3:30. They were resumed on Saturday after 7 and included 25 policemen, including policemen from the 3rd Platoon of the SPP in Ostrołęka, a police dog with a guide from the Police Headquarters in Płock and volunteer firefighters with a drone and a boat.

Thanks to one of the pieces of information received, the search area was narrowed down. At 10:40 the missing man was found conscious but hypothermic in a meadow within a kilometer of his place of residence. An ambulance was called to the scene and took the 66-year-old to hospital.
