Maków police received information about the disappearance of a 66-year-old resident of the Różan commune. The man left the house after 1 p.m. He was last seen around 3 p.m. by the residents of Chełst. The missing person suffers from memory disorders, which is why the district police commander in Maków Mazowiecki announced an alarm for the entire unit.
– 43 policemen from Maków, firefighters from the State Fire Service in Maków Mazowiecki, volunteer firefighters from Chełsty, Szygy and Różana with a drone with thermal imaging, a guide with a police dog from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Płock, forester Janusz Kaźmierczak from the Pułtusk Forest District, family and neighbors searched the buildings and nearby fields and meadows – says the subcommand in the message. The search in difficult weather conditions lasted until 3:30. They were resumed on Saturday after 7 and included 25 policemen, including policemen from the 3rd Platoon of the SPP in Ostrołęka, a police dog with a guide from the Police Headquarters in Płock and volunteer firefighters with a drone and a boat.

They found him in the meadow, he was hypothermic
Thanks to one of the pieces of information received, the search area was narrowed down. At 10:40 the missing man was found conscious but hypothermic in a meadow within a kilometer of his place of residence. An ambulance was called to the scene and took the 66-year-old to hospital.
