A driver with multiple convictions for drunk driving crashed into a family walking on Easter Monday in Małdyty (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). Now he has declared that he wants to reach an agreement on the issue of compensation and compensation. He was driving drunk and was banned from driving for life.

There was an accident April 1 in Małdyty. 27-year-old Tymoteusz M., driving a Fiat bus, lost control of the vehicle on a straight section of the road, hit a tree, drove into the opposite lane and drove onto the pavement, where he hit a family with a five-year-old child.

The trial of Tymoteusz M. was to begin on Tuesday in the District Court in Morąg (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). The driver hit a family

The prosecutor and the victims' attorney agreed to mediation proceedings. The victims' attorney, Piotr Brzozowski, said that his clients had been waiting for such a request and proposals regarding the payment of compensation and compensation. The victims are still suffering from the effects of the accident, and the son's rehabilitation is ongoing.

The court referred the case to mediation and adjourned the case indefinitely.
