Parlin. A tragedy on a guarded railway crossing, the bus entered the train

A tragic accident at a guarded railway crossing in Parlin (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship). The bus driver entered the train. He died on the spot.

The accident occurred on Tuesday around 11.30 at the guarded railway crossing in Parlin in the Świecki poviat. The van entered the passenger train of the Gdynia – Bielsko -Biała relationship.

As a result of the collision, the driver died on the spot. Nothing happened to the train passengers.

Five fire brigades, a medical emergency team and police were directed to the place.

The 36-year-old train driver was sober. 110 people traveled by train. No one was injured – said Commissioner Joanna Tarkowska from the Poviat Police Headquarters in Świecie.
