On Thursday morning, the creator of the Red is Bad brand was taken to the Katowice prosecutor's office, where investigators are conducting proceedings with him.
Paweł S. landed at Warsaw Chopin Airport on Wednesday evening, then he was taken to the Warsaw Police Headquarters, where police officers and agents were waiting for him CBA. Later he was taken to the Katowice prosecutor's office.
The creator and owner of the Red is Bad brand was located by the Polish police in… Dominicans and last week arrested by local law enforcement. He was wanted in connection with an investigation into irregularities at the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves. Since October 10, S. has been wanted with an Interpol red notice. Earlier, an arrest warrant and a European arrest warrant were issued for him.

“Rzeczpospolita” reported on Thursday afternoon that – according to its information – S. terminated the power of attorney to defend two of his lawyers: Krzysztof Wąsowski and Bartosz Lewandowski. At the same time, he is still to be represented by Jacek Dubois.
The daily writes that such a move on his part “is a signal that the suspect may have decided to cooperate with the prosecutor's office.”
Irregularities in the Government Agency of Strategic Reserves
The investigation into irregularities at the Government Agency of Strategic Reserves, initiated on December 1, 2023, concerns, among others: exceeding the powers and failure to fulfill duties by RARS employees when organizing and implementing the purchase of goods, and thus acting to the detriment of the public interest from February 23, 2021 to November 27, 2023 in Warsaw in order to obtain a financial benefit.
The prosecutor has brought charges against a total of five people. They concern participation in an organized criminal group, abuse of powers by public officials and, in the case of one of the suspects, money laundering.
In addition to S., the former president of RARS, Michał K, is also a suspect in the investigation. The prosecutor's office accuses him of participating in an organized criminal group and exceeding his powers and failing to fulfill his duties in order to obtain financial benefits. He faces 10 years in prison.
