Former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro will be called again for the interrogation – said the chairwoman of the Penasus inquiry commission Magdalena Sroka (PSL -TD). She added that “opening the re -procedure of bringing Minister Ziobra before the commission will be more effective than lodging a complaint against the SO decision.”

The Warsaw District Court on March 31 did not grant the application of the parliamentary investigation commission for Pegasus for the application of a penalty of up to 30 days of detention against the former Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobra (PIS). Sroka in an interview with journalists announced an appeal against the court's decision. The commission requested that the former head of MS – being in custody – be available to the interrogations of the investigation commission.

On Monday, Magdalena Sroka wrote on platform X that “with satisfaction, she notes that the court confirmed the legality of the Pegasus Commission” and “fully shares the clearly negative assessment of the current attitude of Z. Ziobra.”
