The motorcyclist, detained by the police officers of the Piaseczno road, was to rush in built -up areas at a speed of 110 kilometers per hour. He was fined for breaking the rules. He also lost his rights for the next three months.
Policemen of the Piaseczno road detained a motorcyclist for control, who broke the regulations in the area built in the area of Work Duży. “He moved at a speed of 110 kilometers per hour in the place where there is a limit to 50 kilometers per hour,” informs the commissioner Magdalena Gąsowska, press officer of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Piaseral.
After stopping the man for control, it turned out that he was a 40-year-old resident of the Piaseczno poviat. Policemen punished him with a fine of PLN 1,500, and 13 penalty points hit his account. In addition, he was taken away from the right to direct for the next three months.
Loss of driving license for excessive speed
“We remind you that – in accordance with the new regulations – drivers who exceed the speed limit by more than 50 kilometers per hour in a built -up area, the driving license will be picked up directly by the policeman controlling them. Then it will be sent to the relevant staroste, which – by issuing an administrative decision – will formally stop this document for three months” – explains spokesman of the Piaseczno police.
The officers appeal to drivers to follow the permitted speed limits, and also believe, especially in places where the regulations, but also common sense require it. At the same time, they emphasize that two -wheeler users are extremely exposed to the effects of road accidents and are unprotected road users. During a fall or collision with another vehicle, the only thing that can protect them is motorcycle clothing and a helmet.
