Piaseczno. Policemen detained a driver with three active driving bans

The 21-year-old did not stop at police road control. It turned out that he had three judicial driving bans. He was sent to police custody, and then in an accelerated manner to the courtroom.

Officers of the Piaseczno road in Stara Iwiczna on Słoneczna Street to road control wanted to stop the BMW driver. “This, however, decided to pass a police patrol and stop only a few hundred meters further, then get off the car quickly” – she described the horseshoes. As they emphasized, it came to light very quickly, why the driver behaved in this way. “Checking in the police information system showed that a 21 -year -old Ukrainian citizen does not apply to three active prohibitions of driving vehicles issued by the District Court for Warsaw Mokotów. Two of them were issued in 2024, the last in February 2025” – clarified Gąsowska.

Policemen detained a man and transported to police custody, and the car, which the 21-year-old moved, went to the police deposit parking. Policemen of the investigation department dealt with the completion of evidence in the case. They implemented accelerated proceedings, thanks to which the sentence was passed in just a dozen or so hours of arrest.

In view of the irresponsible driver, the court ruled a three-month penalty of imprisonment, a 3-year ban on driving motor vehicles and a cash benefit for the victim Aid Fund and post-trade assistance, in the amount of PLN 5,000.

The proceedings are supervised by the District Prosecutor's Office in Piaseczno.

“We remind you that every case of not complying with a court ban will meet with a quick and decisive reaction of policemen. Such drivers, within a maximum of 48 hours of detention, they will stand in court” – they pointed out to the uniform.
