Piaseczno, Solec. A drunk driver without a driving license in a disabled car

Policemen from Piaseczno near Warsaw detained a 56-year-old driver for road control. The man did not have the right to drive, he was under the influence of alcohol, and the vehicle he was moving was in order.

The officers of the “Drogówki” in Solek detained for road control the managing blue Mazda. As the commissioner Magdalena Gąsowska, spokeswoman for the Poviat Police Headquarters in Piaseczno, the technical condition of the vehicle that the man was moving, “left much to be desired.” It quickly turned out that this was not the only offender.

– Checking in the police information system showed that the 56-year-old did not have the right to drive vehicles, and during the sobriety testing to light it also came out that the driver is intoxicated. He had more than half a per mil of alcohol in his breath – explained subcommitter Gąsowska.

The policewoman indicated that the man lost the registration certificate and was banned from further driving. He will answer for his actions before the court. He faces up to three years in prison. Activities in the case are supervised by the District Prosecutor's Office in Piaseczno.
