Poznań. The puppy closed on the balcony. Services in action

Firefighters, policemen and guards of places intervened in the case of a puppy, who – according to witnesses – had been on the balcony for a long time without access to food and drink. The owner was not there, the dog was brought by firefighters.

The services intervened in one blocks at Serafitek Street in Poznań. – On Thursday, before 19:00 we received a notification regarding the puppy on the balcony of one of the apartments. The animal was to be deprived of access to water and food – said Anna Klój from the Police Press Office in Poznań.

A police patrol went to the place. The officers confirmed that there is no one in the indicated apartment. Due to the fact that the animal was on the fourth floor, firefighters were asked for help, who, using the boom, pulled the dog to the ground.

“Conflicting information”

According to information provided by a city internship, the dog could stay on the balcony for up to two days. – We are contradictory information about this time of the dog's stay on the balcony, which is why we will conduct explanatory activities. Policemen have data of witnesses of the incident and the owner of the dog – added the Klój.

Shortly after the intervention, the firefighters gave the dog to Eco Patrol city ​​guard. The puppy went to the shelter.
