President of PZU Ukraina Maciej Szyszko dismissed. “Resignation due to loss of trust”
“Due to the detection of the elements of the crime specified in Article 305 Criminal Code Ukrainian border guard officers notified the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Substances weighing more than 30 grams were found deleted” – emphasized.
Radio ZET journalist Mariusz Gierszewski unofficially determined that the car in which drugs were detected belonged to the president of PZU Ukraine Maciej Szyszko. According to Radio ZET The PZU Press Office confirmed unofficially information and notified about the “immediate dismissal of Mr. Maciej Szyszko from the position of president of the company in Ukraine.” The office also said that “the dismissal is due to the loss of trust in the mentioned manager.”

Maciej Szyszko took up the position of president of PZU Ukraina in July 2024. Previously, he worked at ERGO Insurance, and in 2018-2019 at ERGO Russia in Moscow. The PZU Ukraina Group provides insurance services in Ukraine and belongs to the Polish company PZU.
