On Wednesday, the presidential candidate, a representative of the Confederation Sławomir Mentzen visited the Zero channel, where he said, among others, that “innocent children must not be killing, even if the child is associated with some unpleasantness.” – We have no right to kill another man, just because this man hurts us that he is unpleasant to us, that he can harm our lives very much – he said. Mentzen used the word “unpleasantness” in response to whether he is against the law to abortion in the event of pregnancy as a result of rape.

“I think he may regret that he actually said something from himself,” said political scientist Adam Traczyk about Mentzen's words on Sunday on TVN24.

He assessed that “quite radical views” and “extreme language” of Mentzen reached a wide audience, to people who do not follow politics on a daily basis.

He also referred to other presidential candidates. Speaking of the candidate PIS, Karol Nawrockihe said, the only electorate he reaches and which is faithful to him “This is the most hard, iron electorate of Law and Justice, which does not necessarily vote for Karol Nawrocki himself, but for any Law and Justice candidate, because it is the attachment of the party to ideals, to the value that she somehow represents, is strong enough.”

– This, however, shows that apart from this quite narrow group, Karol Nawrocki is an unbelievable candidate, he simply follows him a lot of smells, or such unexplained, simply strange situations. The issue in which he praises himself under a different name and gives himself autographs under a different name, is simply strange. And the president should not be strange in the perception of the majority of society. He shouldn't be a weirdo – he added.

According to Tracz, the campaign of the Civic Coalition candidate Rafał Trzaskowski “She is very calm, very well arranged.” – It seems to be very well thought out too. She may not be spectacular, maybe there are no such great fireworks and Rafał Trzaskowski, if at the beginning of the campaign he actually electrified with certain topics he uploaded, it is much calmer at that moment, but still actively – he added.

– You can see that Rafał Trzaskowski in places where he appears, however, arouses interest and enthusiasm. And there are probably no cases that he is not only a leader pollsbut also that he has higher support than the Citizens' Coalition itself – said the political scientist.

Stated that the Polish candidate 2050 – the third road Szymon Hołownia Late begins its campaign. – He must simply find a role for himself and define himself as a politician, who is of course a politician, a member of the ruling coalition, but at the same time he is a constructive critic, but also a constructive pusher forward – said TVN24.

In his opinion, “Szymon Hołownia had several such quite defective statements about the achievements of the coalition and thus issued himself, or his political environment, a rather poor testimony.” He added that he did not see any reason for this personally.

– there was a clear attempt to separate yourself from Donald Tuskwhich shows this positive face, so to speak, or this satisfied face of the ruling coalition. And Szymon Hołownia rightly, that you try to set a little in opposition to this, but he cannot discredit the achievements of his own political environment. He should be such a pusher, encouraged to improve, but also build on the achievements of this coalition, and he has not yet defined this role for himself. Despite the fact that we judge him quite well as a nice person, well prepared to perform public functions, there is a lack of such a strategic reflection just about the role of Szymon Hołownia on the political stage – said Traczyk.

As positive, he assessed the idea of ​​creating a polarization of Hołownia with Mentzen. – It is actually something that Szymon Hołownia can build. He was before the election on October 15 just the third. Now the third is Mentzen and the fact that Szymon Hołownia is trying to challenge him, is right, it is a good idea – he said.

He reminded that we have de facto two leftist forces in this campaign. – One coalition left, one opposition left, but at the same time no one has yet found such a reliable message. You can see that together as the opposition left, it does not kidnap crowds – he assessed.

– On the other hand, the coalition left has a slightly similar problem as Szymon Hołownia. He positions a little bit as a coalition reviewer, a little complainant, and at the same time has some difficulties with conquering positive things that she managed to achieve from the point of view of the leftist program in this coalition. Here, not only this calibration is missing, but also just such a strategic, long -term idea for himself – he concluded.
