The Prime Minister's office stated that he is not the organizer of the celebration of the Millennium of the Polish Crown. She said that she did not conclude any contracts with the AM Studio media house or its president Andrzej Moebus. The media wrote that he was “a trusted man of the Civic Platform”.

The picnic on the 1000th anniversary of the coronation of Bolesław the Brave is to take place on April 26 in Warsaw. The prime minister invited to participate in it Donald Tusk. She wrote that Moebusa “has been conducting major party events for years, including rallies – also in the campaign.”

The prime minister took the event with the honorary patronage

The Chancellery of the Prime Minister published a statement on Wednesday, in which she wrote that the event aims to commemorate one of the most important dates in the history of our country – the jubilee of the coronation of Bolesław the Brave. KPRM indicated that preparations for the celebrations have been going on for many months, and the Prime Minister took the event with an honorary patronage.

She also reported that she was not the organizer of this undertaking. As she explained, talks with the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage regarding the organization of the jubilee concert by Polish Television and the picnic and artistic parts, which was to deal with Polish National Foundation. Ultimately, PFN did not undertake the organization of the event due to the lack of financial resources, KPRM said.

The role of the sponsor general of the event – said the Chancellery of the Prime Minister – took over the Orlen Group and six companies: PZU, PKO Bank Polski, PGE, Enea, Tauron and Totalizator Sportowy. “It is these companies, together with the contractors, which are the OCR I AM Studio Foundation, are responsible for the implementation of the event,” KPRM pointed out.

She clarified that nearly 150 entities are involved in the organization of the event.

“The OCR Foundation is responsible for most of the production elements – including for the historical and educational organization of the picnic (attractions, stage design, technique, sound system), laser show, sanitary security and protection issues. AM Studio, as one of the subcontractors, is responsible for, among others KPRM said. It was added that the organizer of the concert in Błonia PGE Narodowy is Polish Television.

The Chancellery of the Prime Minister also assured that it did not conclude any contracts with the AM Studio media house or its president Andrzej Moebus.

As part of the Millennium Picnic, on April 26, in Warsaw, the historical parade and the largest drone show in Poland are planned, among others. Inviting in the media to this event, the Prime Minister said, among other things, that it would be “a truly royal celebration that Bolesław the Brave would not be ashamed of” and that it was “not only a look into the past, but also a hopeful look into the future – through the prism of history, common values ​​and a sense of community.”

Grabiec: absurd accusations

PiS deputies Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk and Łukasz Schreiber also carried out a parliamentary inspection in Orlen. They directed 12 questions to the company, which they should receive by the end of next Thursday. They informed that the questions concern “explaining the details of this undertaking, in particular the selection of the contractor, the amount who is the initiator of this project, which companies participate in the implementation of this project and what are the arrangements between them.”

The head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister Jan Grabiec (KO) said on Tuesday on Radio ZET that the allegations that cooperation with Am Studio had been done after acquaintances are absurd. “The price and quality decide, and not who knows whom” – he noted. Also on Tuesday Sławomir Nitras from the election staff of the KO candidate for president Rafał Trzaskowski He announced in RMF FM that in order for “no doubt” the staff would not work with Am Studio in any way.

He noted that Trzaskowski's staff did not know about the cooperation of this company with government institutions. According to Wirtualna Polska, his company was to rent a sports hall for the Friday presidential debate in Końskie.
