In the morning there was a serious accident in Radlin in Upper Silesia. The moped rider was hit by the driver of a passenger car. The force of the recoil was so great that the driver of the two-wheeler hit a Honda passenger car coming from the opposite direction. He was taken to hospital with injuries. The perpetrator of the accident fled the scene.
The accident occurred on Thursday morning on Rybnicka Street in Radlin.
“The police on site initially determined that the man driving the moped was hit by the driver of a passenger car. Due to the force of the recoil, the moped driver hit a Honda traveling from the opposite direction,” said the District Police Headquarters in Wodzisław Śląski.

The perpetrator escaped
The perpetrator left the scene. The moped driver was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries. Police operations are ongoing on site.
