Deregulations are coming? – on our website, launched at checking.com, Almost 10,000 different cases have already been reported. In 70 percent They apply to citizens, not just entrepreneurs. They indicate absurdities in the regulations that hit people with disabilities, poor, or simply those who lost the clash with bureaucracy and the state machine – said Rafał Brzoska at the Economy and Development Committee. Soon entrepreneurs and experts are to present 300 specific proposals for changes. Over 300 experts divided into almost 30 teams work on them. The president of InPostu emphasized that he was trying to “avoid lobbying throws”, but they appear.
What changes? Rafał Brzoska presented seven priorities around which the works take place:
- Disabled people and healthcare: – We are stuck in the 90s, such as calling people every two years with permanent disability for committees, where unchanged spokesmen decide whether this person receives a pension – said Brzoska.
- Tax simplification: – Our tax law today has 5,800 pages and in recent years we have added 1800 more. If this trend continues, we will reach a point where no one will want to pay taxes in Poland within five years. Everyone will start running with capital where it is simpler. World trends show that the only way to increase budget revenues is to simplify the tax system. – explained the president of InPost. He also mentioned that the institution of silent settlement would be introduced if the office fails to meet the instructional and introduce “presumption of innocence” in the taxpayer's relationship.
- Unlocking the judiciary: Although Rafał Brzoska emphasized that he was not intended to “reform the judiciary”, he pointed out that “several key changes to the provisions would unlock the courts.” – Small companies today suffer from liquidity problems: due to high loan costs, the reluctance of banks to grant them, but also because large entrepreneurs often do not pay on time. Not because they cannot, but because they know that the process of pursuing claims takes years – he adds.
- Digitization and development projects: – We have the best MOBIATR app in Europe today. Why can't we digitize further? – said Rafał Brzoska. He pointed out that Medical examinations could be stored in the application.
- Energy security and cheaper energy: – It is not that everyone can put windmills without permits, but about, for example, a farm or a small production plant can increase the possibility of connecting their own energy installation from 150 to 500 kW – indicated one of the sample solutions.
- Deregulation of EU regulations: – We cannot allow bureaucracy to inhibit the development of artificial intelligence. We have great scientists, but they go to the USA, because in Europe they cannot train language models because of the GDPR – the head of InPost, one of the European brakes, pointed out clearly.
- Defense and security: – The European Union will allocate EUR 800 billion to rearming the Member States. Why cannot Polish companies participate in this process? It is not just about the production of weapons: we have enterprises that sew uniforms, produce food for the army, electronics or ammunition. Let's support them! – He appealed, indicating that the procedures in this sector should be asked.
Great ambitions: – We have a good chance for a fairly optimistic end of this project – said Rafał Brzoska. -Most of the proposals that we publish on the website and provide the government to the government, requires statutory changes. We are also not afraid to address topics related to uncomfortable EU regulations. Why? Because, as I have spoken in public many times, Poland's development is today inhibited by impractical EU regulations. Looking at the dynamics of changes in Europe and the world, I think Europe is ready for extensive deregulation reforms. I hope Poland will become a leader in this respect changes at European level – he added.
