Synoptics of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first degree meteorological warnings on a three -stage, growing scale.

First degree IMGW warnings – heavy rainfall

A decrease in air temperature at night from Thursday to Friday to around -1 degrees C is forecast, and at the ground to -2 degrees C. In subsequent nights, thermometers can show about -4 degrees Celsius, and at the ground to -6 degrees C.

Warnings in Lower Silesia and the Opole region will be valid until 7 on Saturday, and in other regions from the north on Friday to 7 on Monday.

Synoptics also issued alarms before a strong wind. Warnings against this threat apply in voivodships:

  • Lublin;
  • Mazowieckiein the following poviats: Garwoliński, Kozienice, Zwoleński, Radom, RadomLeipzig and Szydłowiecki;
  • Świętokrzyskieeverywhere except for poviats at the western and southern ends;
  • Podkarpackiein the northern part of the province.

The occurrence of a strong wind with an average speed of up to 40 kilometers per hour is forecast, in gusts up to 75 km/h, from the west and southwest.

The alarms will expire at 1 on Friday.
