The developer cut out trees despite the lack of consent
“Hooligan and very aggressive” – this is how the mayor of Zakopane Łukasz Filipowicz called Cutting out a few large, healthy trees On the plot at ul. Brzozowski. Some were up to 100 years old. Developers do not care about trees and nature
The last situation from Zakopane is not the first (and probably not the last of its kind). Just a month ago at the construction site of the estate on border Mokotowa and Wilanów, a developer, building a mini-ordeal building around the Czerniakowski lake, cut trees on his plot. There is also a case from Sopot, when the developer cut out 19 trees without the required permit, and then reported this fact to the office, or from Wrocław, where the developer obtained permission to cut 151 trees, including 100-year-old specimens, for the construction of apartment buildings. A similar situation took place in Chorzów, where 1265 trees were cut out on a plot adjacent to the Silesian Park. The developer used the provisions enabling the subcontracting by natural persons.
