A few years ago, Cymanowska brought him to Poland. At that time, she helped Zdaniewicz in obtaining citizenship. It happened expressly – in nine months – because Zdaniewicz was recognized as a political refugee. Then their relationship broke up, and the sprinter began to accuse her ex -husband of financial fraud. Now, when he found himself in Belarus, he accuses him of working with the local KGB.
– I wrote to the President of Poland that I want to represent Poland and I would like to change citizenship. I mentioned there that I have a husband and that I would like him to stay in Poland too, because he is my support. I really wanted him to receive citizenship. And he got them. Currently, however, he is in Belarus and cooperates with the local KGB. He now says that he never wanted Polish citizenship and that he doesn't need him at all. For me it is strange that no one in Poland has dealt with the fact that our citizen cooperates with the KGB – she said in an interview with Interia.
She tried to report it to Polish services. Without much success. – I wrote to officials in Poland about this situation, they said that I had to describe it all first. My ex -husband received citizenship by the president's signature, so now it is not easy to deprive him of it. And I would love not to have him. I would not like him to come to Poland again. It is not known what he can do in our country, since he works with the KGB. I will not say that I am afraid that he will come to me, but I certainly do not feel comfortable – he adds.
