She hit another car and tried to drive away. City guards prevented her from doing so. The 17-year-old was driving without a driving license. She honestly said that she rides because she likes it.

City guards from a specialist unit witnessed a collision during a night patrol on November 17. “At around 1:40 a.m., a taxi reversing from the gate at 7 Kredytowa Street hit a car parked at the edge of the road and tried to drive away, driving against the flow of a one-way street. The guards prevented the escape by blocking the crossing. A 17-year-old girl was sitting behind the wheel. She was sober. She admitted that she does not have a driving license, but she drives because she likes it,” the Warsaw City Guard said in a statement.

The police, summoned by city guards, dealt with the 17-year-old's offenses.

Art. 94. Driving a vehicle without authorization § 1. Whoever drives a motor vehicle on a public road, in a residential zone or traffic zone without having the authorization to do so, shall be subject to the penalty of arrest, restriction of liberty or a fine of not less than PLN 1,500.

“In the event of a collision, a driver without a license, regardless of whether he has no license at all or just lacks the necessary category, will have to cover all damages. Although the insurer first compensates the injured party, but then orders him to return the money,” the police reminds.
