As the Zoological Garden in Atlanta passed, the young Australian Pathek hatched on February 24. On Friday, the carers decided to share a photo of the Parklak on the network and publicly announce his name – dumplings.
“We are glad that we can welcome dumplings in a herd of Atlanta Zoo,” wrote representatives of the garden in social media, adding that the chick “has grown over the past month and will soon be a rank”. This term means a young bird who has already left the nest, but is still learning to fly and requires care.
The young conquered the hearts of Internet users, not only because of the unusual name. In the comments under the photos, they paid attention to the fluffy feathers of the chick, comparing them to a cotton cotton swab.
