The cat was locked in a ventilation glass for three weeks. As the owner said, the animal suddenly disappeared from a closed room, from which he could only get out in this way. The rescue operation was hindered by the administration of the building, which did not believe that the cat could get into the shaft.
The incident occurred in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As the owner of the animal said, when she was lost, the kitty had been in her apartment for three days. The animal was scared, which is why the woman gradually tried to tame him with the apartment, starting from the bedroom. The cat stayed alone at the night and the room was locked. One morning a trace of the animal, however, was lost.
Rescue operation
The owner checked all the nooks of the room. The only place she didn't have access to was a ventilation shaft – the checkered grille was movable, so the stressed cat probably opened it at night.
For three weeks, the woman tried to explain the building manager that her animal got stuck in the ventilation shaft. The administration was not convinced until the owner managed to record the moment when the animal looks from the shaft. The administrator then called for local police to help.
With the help of officers and administration, the kitty was closed to a place where she could easily leave the window, but she did not want to leave it. The building manager used the leaves for the leaves to blow some air into the pipe and force the animal to jump out of it from the other side, to a substituted transporter.
The animal was in good condition
The owner had to give the cat to the Local Society for the Care of Animals – in her building there is a ban on having animals. According to the initial assessment, the kitty was in good condition, but it was decided to cover her veterinary observation.
