It will be hot again in Poland this weekend, and storms will return. Due to the high temperature, the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management has issued a second-degree warning.

Forecasters from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMWM) issued warnings and threat forecasts for the coming days.

Second-degree heat warnings apply to the following provinces:

  • lubuskiewith the exception of the Strzelce-Drezdenko district;
  • Lower Silesiapoviats: Zgorzelec, LubaÅ„ and BolesÅ‚awiec.

The maximum temperature during the day will be from 30 degrees Celsius to 32 degrees C. At night, the thermometers will show from 16 degrees C to 18 degrees C. The warnings will be valid from 12 pm on Saturday to 8 pm on Sunday.
