The President of the Management Board of the Polish Security Printing Works SA, Marcin Wojdat, resigned from the position of President of the Management Board of the Polish Security Printing Works SA on September 17 this year and from the Management Board as of October 11 this year due to personal reasons that would prevent him from continuing to perform his duties – the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration informed the editorial office of tvn24.pl on Thursday.
Tvn24.pl has learned that the head of PWPW has stopped performing his duties. On Thursday Ministry of the Interior and the Administration confirmed our reports.
“The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration and the Supervisory Board have been informed of the decision of President Marcin Wojdat. During the absence of the President of the Management Board, his duties are temporarily taken over by Vice President Piotr Michalski. The event does not affect the current operations of the Company, which are conducted without disruptions and are proceeding normally,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration informed in a statement sent to the editorial office of tvn24.pl
