The hanging in Nebraska completely covered the car with the driver inside. The rescue operation was extremely difficult due to the lack of visibility. If not for a bit of luck, firefighters could miss the driver's hand emerging from the snow.

The incident occurred last week around the city of Wahoo, Nebraska. She was raging over the region then storm snowy. The Volunteer Fire Brigade from Wahoo was leaving again and again to help drivers imprisoned on snowy roads. Coordination of rescue operations hindered interruptions in the supply of electricity and cellular services.

Zero visibility

One action was remembered the most. A driver whose car was completely covered with snow called to the Sheriff's office. The car was near highway No. 92, where the strongest slope occurred, and the visibility was almost zero. Despite difficult conditions and fatigue, firefighters set off to help a man. The weather was not favorable for them – they drove several times along the indicated section of the highway and did not even notice a fragment of the car. During one of the journeys, one of the rescuers saw a small move.

– I only saw the snow moving. Suddenly a hand emerged – said the fireman. – Under the snow there was a huge picap, weighing three -quarters of tons, completely buried.

With the help of specialized equipment, it was possible to dig up the vehicle's door and free the man. Firefighters admitted that if they had not managed to find the driver at that moment, he would probably never have returned home.
